Palestinian-Syrian rapper Sallam Naser has just dropped a two-track EP, BiEkhtessar, produced by Swedish producer and DJ, Wardenclyph. After growing up in Syria’s largest refugee, camp, the rapper was granted asylum in Norway and started a production company called ‘SN Productions.’ The rapper, widely known for his experimentation with words and an immense ability to storytell, provides a description to the EP sharing the sentiment of the importance of introspection, self-awareness and self-communication in a world where people are constantly seeking distractions.

The first track, entitled حالة مؤقتة is filled with wholly existential lyrics, discussing concepts such as the passage of time, legacies and memory, where the second track, راحة البال experiments with spoken word poetry, the importance of the chronology of words and migration.
