Sudanese rapper Flippter and Jordanian-Palestinian artist Emsallam have joined forces on ‘Aref Ghalat’, a track that blends influences from Yemen, the Gulf and Sudan with contemporary hip-hop.

The production comes from Ouf, Ghaem Jozi, TheArchiducer and Emsallam, who build on a Yemeni sample with Khaleeji-inspired melodies in the hook. Flippter, known for his mix of humour and social commentary, delivers sharp verses, while Emsallam contributes his signature punchlines and dynamic flow. The artwork, featuring war-torn imagery, hints at the track’s heavier themes.

Released under Keife Records, ‘Aref Ghalat’ continues the label’s focus on music that reflects the region’s diverse sounds and narratives.
