Tunisian Rapper ZDEFF Drops Live Band Session
The Tunisian rapper has revisited his catalogue of work, reimagining it with full live instrumentation.
Never one to stand still for too long, Tunisian rapper ZDEFF has released a new live band session on YouTube, offering a stripped-back but expansive reworking of his catalogue.
The session features performances of Litchi, Cœur Mouch Cassé, and Nfoutek, reimagined with full live instrumentation. Removing backing tracks in favor of a band setup, the project shifts his music into a more organic space, where arrangement and performance take center stage.
The result is a quieter kind of intensity. Each track is given room to evolve beyond its recorded form - transitions feel looser, emotions land differently, and the songwriting reveals new layers when performed in real time.
Known for his restrained output and deliberate approach across three projects, ZDEFF continues to build a body of work defined by intention rather than volume.
