Morocco’s Atlas Electronic Reveal Final Line Up With Over 60 Artists Including James Holden, Kamaal Williams & ISSAM

Gearing for its fourth edition this year after announcing their brand new theme of ‘Moving Forward’ which encompasses a visa reimbursement program and a collaboration with Boiler Room TV, Atlas Electronic are back with their third lineup release and it’s radically more diverse than we expected.

Heading the lineup will be James Holden & Maalem Houssam Guinea, Black Focus Records boss Kamaal Williams who's also be hosting his own stage, Atlas regular and resident DJ Esa, Moroccan rap royalty ISSAM and other young guns like Dollypran and KAMYN. In addition to introducing trap this year, the festival will also showcase its Moroccan roots with traditional performances from Maalem Hassan El Gadiri and Houariyat.

On the DJ side you’ve got a host of Moroccan and international talents led by the Moroccan Casa Voyager of Driss Bennis, Kosh and their frequent associate Polyswitch. France's Louise Chen, Paris-based Algerian DJ Hadj Sameer, Crystallmess, Yasmean and Kreggo are also on the lineup.

In accordance with their quest to make the festival more inclusive both for the attendees and on the lineup, a host of African and Middle Eastern have also been handpicked to take part. These artist include but are not limited to Egypt’s Abdullah Miniawy, Jazar Crew, Luka Productions, Penny Penny, Otim Alpha & Leo Palayeng and more.

Known for being a multidisciplinary festival that lends equal dedication to curating interesting talks, art installations and workshops. Partaking in these activities will be the African Music Archive, Moroccan artist Hosein Jadad, photographer Ismail Zaidy, UK DJs Sicaria Sound, and Polyswitch.
