Globally renowned electronic outfit WhoMadeWho is set to touch down in Egypt for a New Year Eve gig in El Gouna, Red Sea on December 31st.
The Copenhagen-based group, comprised of Tomas Høffding, Tomas Barfod and Jeppe Kjellberg, have cemented themselves as one of the definitive underground bands of their generation, performing at some of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals and venues the likes of Tomorrowland, Sonar to Melt!, Pacha Ibiza, and Burning Man.
The NYE party will see WhoMadeWho playing a hybrid DJ set, showcasing their signature experimental combination of sounds merging various influences, from pop and house to disco and synthwave.
The group will be joined by afrohouse collective, &friends, the brainchild project of Sean Thomas which has recently become a sensation in the global dance music scene, with releases featured on a slew of distinguished labels like Armada Music, MoBlack Records and Tomorrowland Music.
The event, organized by Venture Lifestyle’s electronic brand P+US and Falcons, will take place at the Cubix nightclub in El Gouna. Tickets will go on sale soon.
