Since it was launched in December 2021 by Saudi Arabia’s MDLBEAST, XP Music Futures has operated with the aim of accelerating the growth of the music industry in the MENA region. While this is only the second edition of XP Music Futures, the innovative conference and live music series has quickly become one of the most anticipated events for artists and industry professionals alike.
The event will branch out into two different segments: XP Day, in which key players from the industry will be hosting specialised talks and discussions, and XP Nite, where attendees will get an exclusive peek into the emerging music scene, with live performances featuring artists from around the world.
XP Nite’s first drop of artists has just been announced, and the international list of headliners includes a wide variety of musical styles and backgrounds such as Nigerian Afro-fusion singer Bnxn, Syrian-German electronic group Shkoon, New York-based Egyptian rap icon Felukah, and prolific Palestinian-Jordanian rapper Synaptik.
The line-up also includes the likes of groundbreaking Jordanian post-rock band El Morabba3, up-and-coming Saudi Arabian rapper Jeed, UK-based DJ and producer Voigtmann, Brooklyn-based East African pop group Alsarah & the Nubatones, emerging Saudi Arabian DJ Dorrar, and renowned artist and musician Mathew Johnson.
XP Nite is set to take place from November 28th to November 30th in Riyadh. Tickets are available now on MDLBEAST’s official website.
