French-Canadian dream pop act Ghostly Kisses is set to touch down in Egypt with two back-to-back shows at Cairo Jazz Club 610 on September 28th and 29th, as part of their ‘Darkroom’ album world tour.
Ghostly Kisses, which is the musical project of Quebecois musicians Margaux Savue and Louis-Etienne Santais, has garnered a global cult following with their emotive music and introspective lyricism, touching on themes of heartbreak, grief and pain. Their electro-pop-inspired productions are melodious and hauntingly melancholic.
In March 2022, the band made their Egypt debut with a show at Cairo Jazz Club 610 as part of their debut LP ‘Heaven, Wait’ world tour. Their latest record, ‘Darkroom’, takes listeners as its direct muse, merging individual stories from young people across the world into a universal sound through intricate compositions that are ephemeral yet comfortingly human.
While Ghostly Kisses’ gig on September 28th is already sold out, you still have a chance to see them live on September 29th. For tickets and reservations, head to the link in CJC 610’s Instagram bio.
