While the majority of live events have been cancelled across the UAE as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19, Emirati EDM fans will have an opportunity to see some of their favourite musical acts live at ‘Tomorrow Land Around the World’, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of July.

With the Belgian festival cancelling its 2020 edition, the event fuses the main festival with the customary satellite events held by organisers each year to allow fans from across the world to join the festivities via simulcast. The fist-pumpers at Tomorrowland have even gone as far as to 'create a virtual stage' (pictured in main image,

For the rest of the world, the festival can be enjoyed from home. For music fans in Dubai, however, a special physical event is taking place at Dubai Festival City Arena, where attendees will be met by a 20 x 12 metre screen that will beam performances from the likes of David Guetta, Dimitri Vegass & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, Katy Perry, as well as many more. The event arrives as part of the ongoing Dubai Summer Surprises festival, in collaboration with Dubai’s Department of Tourism in order to create a safe and comfortable party atmosphere at Dubai Festival City Arena.

Though the stadium usually hosts up to 8000 guests, attendance will be limited to only 700 guests, who will have to enter a sanitisation tunnel as well as a thermal temperature check before being allowed in the venue. There will also be no dancefloor, with each party of 4-10 guests having their own private area with tables and comfortable seating, complete with a personal waiter to bring food and drinks.

Due to tickets being extremely limited, those interested are encouraged to act sooner than later as the event is sure to sell out.  Find out more here.
