Syrian electro-dabke legend Omar Souleyman is set to perform in Dubai on November 30th, bringing his signature sound to the Emirates. Organised by Hot Mess, a party series by Factory People, the performance will take place at the Helipad Dubai venue in Dubai Festival City Mall.
