This time on Rap of The Week, we hear from Egyptian rapper and Maadi Town Mafia member Wingii, whose debut album Mangesto saw him exploring a wide variety of hip-hop subgenres while recounting stories from his personal and family life.
We also heard Big Hass’ latest cypher titled ‘Underdogz’, where a collection of the region’s most technically skilled lyricists come together in the instrumental produced by Big Moe. On the track we hear Nubi, Mosallem, Mared, and R3 showing off their infectious flows and precise penmanship.
Up-and-coming Egyptian rapper Owfaks also makes an appearance on the playlist with his track ‘Rehla’, the title track off his latest EP, in which he showcases his catchy flows and hard-hitting beats.
