Dawayer Boutique Festival Returns to Egypt's Siwa Oasis Nov 19 - 21
The three-day desert getaway will bring local and regional electronic talent like Aly Goede, Nour Fahmy, Hashem and more.
One of Egypt’s boutique electronic music experiences, Dawayer Festival, returns to Siwa Oasis from November 19th to 21st, bringing three days of underground sounds, holistic wellness, immersive art, and communal dining to the heart of the desert.
Conceived as an intimate cultural gathering away from Egypt’s urban centres, Dawayer takes a more mindful approach to festival culture, bringing together contemporary art, music, and community against the backdrop of Siwa’s natural landscape. Hosted in traditional mud-brick ecolodges surrounded by palm groves and salt lakes, the festival also places eco-consciousness and the oasis’s heritage at the heart of the experience.
This year’s edition brings together a curated lineup of regional electronic music talent, including Aly Goede, Nour Fahmy, Hashem, Karamell, Walad, Adam, DJOJO, and Ask Your Agent, with more artists yet to be announced.
Beyond the dance floor, attendees can join daily wellness sessions, explore site-specific art installations, and gather for long-table dinners by Cache. Featuring seasonal, locally sourced Siwan ingredients prepared by guest chefs, the dinners bring the festival’s communal spirit to the table.
