For our 97th episode of Select we’ve managed to get our hands on a mix from one of the artists who helped kick off this podcast back in 2016. Mazen El Messery has been steadily rising through the ranks of the Egyptian electronic music scene with his numerous guest mixes, gigs and original productions, the most recent of which is ‘better version of itself’ dropped five days ago via his Soundcloud. Having left behind his melodic sound, Mazen returns with an eclectic selection of house, funk, minimal and lo-fi cuts from the likes of Floating Points, Luka Vukovic, Viktor Udvari and blnd.blld.
