In August of 2018 a brand new festival by the name of Agosto Experience made its debut in Lebanon’s Mzaar Ski Resort - combining musical, culinary and camping experience in Lebanon for the first time, and drawing in 11 international DJs to perform.

This year Beirut super-club The Grand Factory is teaming up with Agosto Experience to drastically scale up the event while re-inventing it as the brand new Five Islands Festival. Returning to the Mzaar Ski Resort on August 10th and 11th, the festival ground will be split into five different areas or rather ‘islands’ to accommodate over 50 local and international acts.

The main stage - Solar Island - will see focus mostly on the visiting international DJs and live acts set to perform across the two days including Henrik Schwarz (Live), Agents of Time, Deborah De Luca, Djebali, Marco Resmann, Oliver Huntemann, Soul Button, Satori and The Band From Space, Jimi Jules and Kamaal Williams to name a few.

Reunion Island will see The Grand Factory’s second room make its way out of Beirut’s Seaside road and onto Keserwan’s mountainside with its famous arches hosting a variety of underground house and techno acts. The third area - Native Island - will focus on Lebanon’s local talents which make over 50% of the lineup including staples like Jade, Tala, Ronin, Rolbac, 3LIAS, ELI, Etyenne, Prïss, Ziad Ghosn, Papa Soul and many more.

The fourth stage - Soul Island - which will also mirror The Grand Factory’s Soul Kitchen room will focus more on showcasing African gems with disco music, creating a haven for those wishing to enjoy a lighter brand of music. Paradise Island will be the festival’s hang out spot serving up amazing local and international cuisine.
