The biggest lifestyle and street culture festival in the UAE, Sole DXB, returns to Dubai Design District with a lineup of international and regional artists from December 8th to December 10th, 2023. The line up will include a slew of regional and international stars, including 11-time Grammy-nominated hip-hop icon Busta Rhymes headlining the opening night.

This year, Sole DXB joined forces with NYC-based record label and entertainment agency Mass Appeal, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. Blending fashion, music and lifestyle, the three-day festival will feature a wide range of activities such as live music performances, DJ sets, workshops, and panel discussions, along with sports tournaments, and exhibits by global and regional fashion brands.

The festival’s lineup will include big names from the American hip-hop scene including Tobe Nwigwe, 90s MC Big Daddy Kane, and Jadakiss, who will be making his UAE debut. The event will also see Egyptian-Sudanese hip-hop star Nadine El Roubi, Zambian rapper Sampa the Great, and Syrian-American rapper and poet Omar Offendum.

Meanwhile, the event will feature a UAE mixtape, showcasing an ensemble of talented emerging artists like Tac, Tayeb Santo, The Recipe and Maxi Zee, among many others.  This upcoming edition of Sole DXB is set to open the 29th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival.
