Abyusif Drops Animated Trailer for His New Album ‘Gnent L B2r’

Egyptian rap star Abyusif teases his upcoming new album ‘Gnent L B2r’ with a self-narrated animated short, co-written by himself and Ibrahim Madkour.

The trailer follows a surreal story about a man named Youssef who tends to a park inhabited by a herd of cows, but then is forced to flee into a cave after the animals get struck by rabies.

Directed by Raed El Muraish, the teaser features an eerie score and sound design by Mohamed El Alfy, perfectly capturing the dark, absurdist tone Abyusif is known for.

Within hours of its release, the teaser shot up to no.9 on YouTube’s Music Charts, a clear sign of the buzz and anticipation surrounding Abyusif’s next chapter.
