When Moroccan artist Rita L’Oujdia and Berlin-based producer Zouj share a studio, standard genre boundaries tend to dissolve pretty quickly. Following their hypnotic, raï-inspired 2024 single ‘2choufat’, the duo team up again for their latest joint release, ‘Wen El Hob?’, this time enlisting Moroccan rapper FRIZZY to deliver an infectious release that blends North African pop inflections with UK club sonics.
