In the latest edition of ‘Rap of the Week’, SceneNoise’s flagship playlist spotlighting standout releases from across MENA’s rap and hip-hop scene, we turn up the volume up on the top new releases from across the regiob.
Egyptian rap veteran Shahyn returns with ‘Taltesh’, the final single from his new EP, bringing together rising stars Mared, Double Zuksh and Coolpix, while Sudanese artist Kordofani continues to push his sound into new territory with danceable, Latin-infused cut ‘Bailar’, and Nubi unveils punchy trap tune, ‘Ya Welad’, the first single from his highly anticipated upcoming record, Esmy Ziad.
