In exclusive three-part series, ‘Inside Sandbox’, SceneNoise gets to the heart of the invisible engine that powers one of the region’s most iconic electronic music festivals. Since its inception over a decade ago, Sandbox by Nacelle has evolved from an intimate seaside gathering into a monumental, annual cultural moment in El Gouna, Red Sea - one that brings together thousands from across the world each and every year.

In the final episode, founder and CEO Tito El Khachab pulls back the curtain on the massive human choreography and logistical grit required to build a temporary city from scratch. Moving beyond the soundboards, we look at the workforce behind the magic - a year-long planning effort that culminates in a team of nearly 1,000 staff members during execution, managing everything from high-pressure production schedules to the 24/7 logistics of artists arriving from across the globe.
