The idea of the band was established by Noha & Psycho in 2013. 
Ever since then, the band has been on & off, until Marwan wahid - drummer- joined the duo in 2017 to complete the rock trio format.

Dirty backseat's sound is inspired from the post-punk & lo-fi garage rock music that was common back in the late 70s & early 80s. 

The band has released a single in October-2017 called "Hypnotize me" & currently the band is recording an EP which is going to be released in 2018
