TUL8TE Makes COLORS Debut With New Song 'Garee2a Awy'

Egyptian pop star TUL8TE has made his debut on the globally renowned music platform COLORS with the premiere of a brand-new single, ‘Garee2a Awy’.

COLORS has become one of music's most influential performance platforms, known for its minimalist aesthetic and signature single-colour backdrops that place the focus squarely on the artist. Over the years, its stage has hosted everyone from Billie Eilish and Mac DeMarco to Daniel Caesar and Skepta.

Coming ahead of TUL8TE’s highly-anticipated North American tour, ‘Garee2a Awy’ marks the lead single of his upcoming album, which is produced by his longtime collaborator, Moataz Mady. The track reads like a flirtatious love letter to his love interest, expanding further on his signature sound and his modernised take on 90’s-00’s Arabic pop, which he has been experimenting with since his breakthrough record ‘Cocktail Ghena’ey’. refreshing retro Arabic pop sound that became synonymous with TUL8TE. Penned by him, the track reads like a flirtatious letter to his love interest, where he sings about being mesmerised by her daring personality. 

With this performance, TUL8TE will be joining a massive roster of Arab talents who graced COLORS’ stage, such as Lella Fadda, Nadah El Shazly, ElGrandeToto, Zeyne and MANAL.
