Earlier last year, Bahrain-born festival Soundscapes announced their 10th-anniversary festival, taking place on the sandy shores of Bwejuu Beach in Zanzibar from June 6th to 11th, 2025. Doubling down on its celebration of a decade of creativity, connection and transformation, Soundscapes has recently announced a homecoming edition in Bahrain on February 7th.
Since its inception in 2015, Soundscapes has built quite a reputation as a premier electronic music, arts, and wellness festival, celebrating the diverse sounds and expressions of the region and the world in one of the most picturesque locations. The festival has been playing a pivotal role in nurturing Zanzibar’s local community and culture through its eco-conscious practices, and signature immersive experiences.
After five years away from its birthplace, the festival is finally returning to Bahrain for a full-day of non-stop house and techno, with a packed lineup of its resident DJs and regional favourites, such as Baloo, Omar Fayyad, Zone+, Gazi, and Majid, along with French DJ and producer Brawther.
This Soundscapes Bahrain edition is an invite-only event, with limited capacity. The location is revealed to festival-goers upon confirmation of registration.
