Ever since Feedasoul Records was founded by aspiring Byblos-hailed DJs Patrick ‘Patch’ Nakhle and Majd ‘Papa Soul’ Alam, it has been at the forefront of the Lebanese electronic music industry. The imprint did not only manage to support local and regional acts like Adham Zahran, 3LIAS and Rolbac to name a few, but it also managed to push young talent from around Europe and the US like Bootie Grove, Never Dull, Etur Usheo, Jeff Tuts, b0n and countless more.
The founders recently took to the label’s Instagram account to reveal their newest project, the vinyl VA compilation House For The Soul, a release they described as “a representation of the many forms that House music can take throughout the different directions.”
The five track record will see some serious house cuts from a French-majority artist roster with the only exception being Barcelona’s Harvey Touch. The other four tracks are by producers Workerz, UN*DEUX, Joss Moog and Koba Maru. The groove-laden release has also witnessed support from French legend Move D who only several days ago played two of its tracks on his live streamed set from quarantine. If you’re a vinyl collector yourself, this baby is available for pre-order and it’ll start shipping on April 17th.
