Following the free release of a track on WeTransfer yesterday, Ziad Zaza unexpectedly unveils his new EP, ‘EZ.’ Comprised of five tracks—excluding the previously released song—the EP showcases Zaza’s continued exploration of unconventional soundscapes, marked by minimalist production and scattered lyrical themes, A style that has been a focal point in his recent work.
The EP features production credits from some of Zaza's favorite collaborators, including Ismail Nosrat, Dahab, and Le Zuz, with a guest appearance by Turk on the track ‘Natarqa.’ Departing from the gritty, rage-fueled soundscapes of his previous EP, ‘525’, Zaza reveals a new dimension of his artistry on ‘EZ’.
