Zeyne Reimagines Three Tracks from Album ‘AWDA’ in Live Sessions
The project features stripped-down, acoustic versions of 'Bali', 'Si3r Il Hob' and 'Arrib Minni' that offer a sense of deeper intimacy and introspection.
Palestinian-Jordanian artist Zeyne has released live reinterpretations of three tracks from her debut album, AWDA, in a new EP. The project features stripped-down versions of ‘Bali’, ‘Si3r II Hob’, and ‘Arrib Minni’.
Initially released in October 2025, AWDA marked Zeyne’s most personal project to date, where she tells a story of longing, mental unravelling, identity and becoming. The album consists of 13 tracks, offering an expansive sonic palette, blending 2000s R&B and dreamy pop with flourishes of Levantine instrumentation and ambient soul.
Centred on live instrumentation and a powerful vocal performance, the new versions peel back the multiple layers of the original productions to highlight the emotional core of each track, evoking a deeper sense of introspection, intimacy and vulnerability.
The project comes ahead of Zeyne’s highly-anticipated EU/UK tour for AWDA, which kicks off on March 30th in Amsterdam and culminates on April 10th in Istanbul, featuring stops in Berlin, Paris and London.
