In the latest edition of our Rap of the Week playlist, we highlight the sharpest releases from the rap scene across the Middle East and North Africa region and its diaspora.

Egyptian artist Felukah leans back into her signature rap–R&B fusion on ‘Better Days’, balancing vulnerability with self-assured flow. Syrian artist Shams resurrects her rap alter ego Thawra on the politically charged ‘Watan’, a joint single with Palestinian-Egyptian singer Ma-Beyn. The playlist also features Moroccan heavyweights ElGrandeToto and Alkpote linking up on ‘Retraite’, along with Ramoon and DollyPran bringing a slick, bass-driven energy on ‘Lyke Dat’.
