Amado Serves Up Summer Chill Vibes on New EP ‘Preach’ Via DancIN'
The Egyptian DJ/producer has us reminiscing about summertime with a refreshing, groovy tech-house concoction.

Drawing inspiration from his time DJ-ing on Barcelona’s clubbing scene, Cairo-based producer Amado has marked the summer on a decidedly chill note with new EP, ‘Preach’.
Released on DancIN’, a label founded by Egyptian compatriot duo Gawdat, the two-track release sees Amado craft his signature tech-house formula by blending housey feel-good house cuts with groovy basslines and infectious vocal harmonies.
The eponymous first track, ‘Preach’, is an original mix that opens with a female acapella sample that evokes a wild reverie to New York’s 1970s iconic Studio 54 nightclub. As the vocals fade out, the beat unfurls into a blend of irresistibly danceable grooves, imbued with guitar and organ arrangements.
The second track,, ‘Burn’, is driven by funky basslines and a looping stuttering vocal that feels effortlessly cool and breezy. It builds up into a sun-soaked house-driven energy, calling to the vibes of a beachside afterparty somewhere, maybe on the Mediterranean coastline. Now making a mark back home, Amado’s latest release comes as the culmination of over a decade of honing his sound, as he looks to further cement his place in Egypt’s eclectic electronic scene.
