On this episode of SceneNoise’s newly-launched series ‘علي مزاج’, where we ask artists and industry personalities to soundtrack their moods, influences and favourite tracks, we've invited Yara Mustafa to share a play list of her own. 

Widely known for her role in the famed Netflix miniseries, ‘AlRawabi School for Girls’, the Saudi-born Jordanian artist is also a trained soprano and one of the region’s most promising young pop singers.

Yara Mustafa’s playlist bounces between alternative rock, dance-pop and electronica, straight into 2000s Arabic pop, rai and electro-tarab, featuring tunes by the likes of Gorillaz, Lady Gaga, Haifa Wehbe, Bedouin Burger, and Cheb Rezki. It’s everything, everywhere, all at once.
