Five years have passed since the launch of Theater of Dreams, Nuweiba’s leading music festival that creates a safe haven for Egypt’s electronic music freaks. In only five years, Mahmoud Zidan and his crew have succeeded in making his brand a staple in Egypt’s nightlife scene, curating over 50 nights headlined by international and local acts.
This year, on February 8th - 10th, they go back to Egypt’s stark and beautiful Sinai coast, offering the usual three day getaway at Crazy Horse Camp, but on a much bigger scale and with a massive lineup. Zidan's aim is to offer what our attendees are worthy of: top notch music from acts from all over the country, supported by Pan Gaia’s special production that will transport the crowd into a psychedelic world.
TOD has always been known as a deep and tech house pusher. However, this time they’re introducing electro and minimal into the festival with the addition of Ahmed Samy and moff on the bill. In addition, 16 of the best local acts will perform: A-Squared, A.Salah, Abou Samra, Ashmawy, Badr, Carlos, Fayek, Hazem, Hot Oasis, Jimmy, Karim Yousry, Misty, Mohasseb, Sebzz & Ouzo, Tourkey & MSelim and Zio.
Other than partying, the festival crew are putting together several workshops, drum circles, yoga classes and other music related activities to ensure a comprehensive experience.
Tickets include transportation and three-day accommodation in huts on a half board basis.
