Sound of Noize & Hizz Ya Wizz Announce Three-Day Musical Showcase Featuring Kubbara, Essperx, Shah & More

Egyptian experimental label, Sound of Noize, has teamed up with internet radio/streaming platform, Hizz Ya Wizz, for a special online showcase that will bring together a host of Egyptian musicians for a three-day celebration of local and regional talent from January 14th-16th.

The 11-strong line-up includes Achieh, Archidi, Essperx, Hannah, Kubbara, MHMGAAD, PAMDGVV and STIFF, as well as Shah, Super Maro and VII from rising label, Kafr El Dauwar Records.

Launched in early 2019, Sound of Noize has crafted an utterly unique position and aesthetic on the Egyptian scene, serving up a consistent string of releases that put some of the country’s most obscure but talented music-makers in the spotlight. 

It has all the makings of a great and varied stream, though no dates have been announced - yet. Stay tuned.
