This year’s Sahel Season is proving to be unlike any other, with global talents appearing left, right, and centre, while Egypt’s homegrown stars take over everything from beach cabins to vast arenas, and we’re still recovering from the country’s biggest ever rap party.

After the success of last weekend’s Back, which featured Wegz, Afroto, Batistuta, Dizzy, Wezza, and Gahallah, party organiser Triple H is throwing another rap extravaganza, spicing it up with an injection of international acts to stand alongside our local giants.

For the first time in Egypt, American rapper Rich The Kid is set to hit the stage with Marwan Moussa and El Joker on August 12th at New Alamein Beach on Egypt’s North Coast.

Our boys Maro Mafia and El Joker need no introduction, but Rich The Kid first found fame after his debut in 2013, maintaining momentum in the same year through collaborations with Migos, before blowing up further following ‘No Freezer’, a 2017 feature alongside Kendrick Lamar which secured platinum status.
