SceneNoise x Little Pink Book Announce Mentors for WIM Mentorship

Whether you are a rising artist, DJ or producer working on refining your sound, an early-career professional looking to understand how the industry works from the inside - or an established figure interested in mentoring or sharing your experience to support emerging voices - the Women in Music mentorship program is for you. 

SceneNoise and Little Pink Book have joined forces to launch a six-month mentorship programme to support musicians and professionals across the Middle East and North Africa, and their diaspora. For the first wave of mentors, we have on board: Blu Fiefer (Lebanese artist, producer & founder of Mafi Budget), Bosaina (Egyptian musician/producer, AUDIO BIJOUX), Celine Bourgi (Senior Marketing Manager, Warner Music MENA), Liliana Abudalo (Head of Label and Artist Solutions at Believe), and Hadeel Hmaidi (Marketing Lead at TikTok). 

At its core, the mentorship aims to create a space for conversation, connection, and inspiration, where female creatives in the music industry get direct answers to queries and establish growth goals with professional guidance through steady, long-term support. 

The initiative will pair 10 selected mentees with experienced mentors, who will offer artistic guidance, industry insights, and support in expanding their networks, developing sustainable careers and navigating the complexities of the industry to secure more opportunities for exposure. Participating mentees will have monthly one-on-one check-in sessions with their designated mentor, supplemented by a WhatsApp group for peer connection with fellow mentees, as well as three group sessions led by Roberta Hickey (Founder of Little Pink Book). 

We are re-opening applications for both mentors and mentees for only five days, starting today, January 22nd, until January 27th. The mentorship will kick off on February 1st. Apply now via scenenoise.com/mentorship.
