When Egyptian party series Lazuli first burst onto the scene, they kicked it off with a hip-hop direction initially for the first two parties, hosting the likes of FL EX, Wingii, Riff, Besh, El Doktor and more. For their next event, Lazuli decided to enter the world of electronic music with a local line-up of some of Cairo’s best selectors, which saw Ahmed Sahmy, Adam, Jana, Nour, Karim, Fady and Al!
The latter three comes back to Lazuli’s latest party ‘Alive’, who are set to be joined by multi-instrumentalist Dirty Backseat, phenomenal live-act Juno, electro & synthwave spinner Hashem, eclectic selector K-Laff, record collector Mady, and vinyl maestro Ramez. The day-to-night experience aims to offer an alternative music experience, which is neither too commercial nor does it fall under the experimental umbrella - rather, it is a euphonious music experience which takes the attendees across multiple genres throughout the day.
