Formed in 2009 as a collaborative metal project that features an eclectic line up of guest musicians spearheaded by producer Miltiadis Nicolas Kyvernitis, Private Government set out to represent Dubai’s underground with their first album Diavatirio which featured guest appearances by Basel Anabtawi, Joseph Akkawi, Zayd Raoof, Reem Raoof, Serge Lutfi, Kiran Sequeira, Amro Ali, hip-hop producer Lucky 'Swerte' Schild and Michael Fillon.

Fast forward a nearly decade-long hiatus, Miltiadis returns in 2018 with a follow up album and yet another diverse lineup to shape it. Come And Take or Μολὼν Λαβέ as it’s titled in Greek is 10-tracks long and boasts appearances from familiar collaborators like Swerte, Serge Lutfi from Aramaic and Joseph Akkawi who co-produced the entire album. Those making their first Private Government appearance include soul/funk singer Hamdan ElAbri of ABRI and previously Abri & The Funk Radius, Nadeem Bibby of regional progressive-metal band Anuryzm, Royden Mascarenhas of Point of View.

“What I’m trying to accomplish with this album is to create a timeless record”, says Miltiadis Kyvernitis. “I am very proud of what we have produced on this album, and I am certain that we’ll help put Middle Eastern metal on the global map.” Come And Take is now available as a limited-edition digipak CD and streaming and download across all music platforms including Spotify, Anghami, Deezer, and Apple Music.
