Six months after releasing his critically acclaimed debut, "The Last Piece of Art," Marwan Pablo treats fans to a music video for the album's hit track, "El Mabda2."
The track, a standout for its signature trap-shaabi fusion, again showcases Pablo's impressive flow on this type of beats. The video directed by Ahmed Kamel adds another layer to the experience. Spanning nearly three minutes, the video unfolds in a symbolic and thought-provoking setting, accentuated by the location choices and colour palette.
Throughout the video, Pablo appears in distinct industrial scenes, each thematically connected with its own visual mood including a surreal ‘last supper’ style dinner setting. The interplay between these scenes and the video's direction cleverly complements the introspective lyrics of "El Mabda2" whilst hinting at the album's broader themes.
