Egypt's Adam Awad Channels 60s Psychedelia in 'There's My Girl'

Over his last few releases, Adam Awad has cemented his sound in an effortless, organic fusion of bluesy, indie psychedelia, a sunny sound that invites you to stew in its warmth. In his latest release, he looks to influences of the past, channeling the 60s and 70s in a track that pays tribute to the psychedelic stylings of the Beatles.  

‘There’s My Girl’ is heavy on the fuzz and uses reverb to add life to minimal drums and bass, leaving the artist’s vocals to shine as he waxes lyrical about his ‘one in a billion girl’.
