If anyone in the region is bringing Middle Eastern rappers together, it’s Saudi hip hop mastermind Big Hass, who intricately curates and presents a new cypher with a certain message or theme in collaboration with the most talented rappers and MCs the region has to offer.

In his latest endeavour, Big Hass gathers five top notch Arab femcees to tackle the idea of ‘shame’ and how women are constantly judged, slammed, and sometimes shunned from society  for basically everything and anything they do. With the help of singer, songwriter, and emcee Meryem Saci, Sudanese rapper Rana, Morocco’s Loppa, Egyptian rapper Dareen, and Sudanese lyricist and rapper Nadine El Roubi, Big Hass sends the message out in fine fashion.

Produced by Big Moe, who does a brilliant job at creating a simple beat that matches every artist’s direction, ‘3AIB’ sees five rap virtuosos share their personal experiences and daily-life interactions, from catcalling to harassment, confrontation and mansplaining. The rappers do a killer job at condemning some of the issues that face women in the region, and take the opportunity to lift women up in the face of these struggles.
