The Invisible Hands, are giving a helping (real) hand for Discord' fourth night at the Maxim Boat. They're sound is described as "drenched in lovely psychedelic folk arrangements and vocal choruses with a nod to what could have potentially been an album that surfaced decades ago but instead found its way into the future superimposed over historic and tumultuous times in the center of the Arab world." Deep. In the metaphysical sense, not the Deep House sense, thankfully. The band has also recently been featured on Pitchfork and their lead singer is none other than Alan Bishop formerly of Sun City Girls.

Before Invisible Hands get on stage, self-taught singer-composer  Aya Metwalli performs with her stand out unrhymed prose, alternative melodies and unusual song structures, giving out a mellow, voice driven performance using only vocals and acoustic guitar.
