Influential electronic music magazine, Resident Advisor, is set shake things up on the electronic music scene once more, this time giving importance to the people who serve the scene while standing behind the curtains. New platform, 'Doors Open', connects both employers and job seekers in the nightlife scene. Think clubs, record labels, record stores and any independent electronic music company like Ableton for instance - which gives audiophiles the chance work in something they love and potentially bringing the industry close together.
"The world of electronic music is shaped not only by artists and fans, but also by thousands of independent businesses, from clubs to booking agents to publishers and promoters," said RA cofounder Nick Sabine to RA.
“Doors Open” launched with over 100 jobs in the companies that shape the music industry in more than 10 cities.
