Pivotal Egyptian promoters Nacelle and tourism agency Travco group bring news for the die-hard RHCP fans in Egypt, who are probably tired of attending tribute nights at local venues by now.
On Friday March 15th the Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to perform at the Great Pyramids of Giza to a projected crowd of 12,000 people. Nacelle founder Tito El Khachab expressed that bringing the band to Egypt is one of his dreams come true, and is in fact something he has pursued ever since he joined the industry. It was also revealed that the band members themselves are very enthusiastic to perform in Giza.
The Grammy-award winning band will be coming off of their sold-out Australian tour. The concert stage will be specially built by the RHCP team in order to accommodate their high energy performance, which is guaranteed to include some of their globally received hits like "Under The Bridge", "Californicaton", "Give It Away" and "Otherside". Doors will open at 5pm, and show will start at 8pm sharp.
