Amman-based lyrical master, The Synaptik, looks inward for his latest track and video, ‘Khatri El Maksoor’, as he explores feelings of introspection and regret. Featuring stunning visuals throughout, the rapper vocalises an inner monologue that sees him come to terms with his current state of mind, and reflects on past endeavors which led him to it.

Directed bu Zaid Khaled, the video's highly saturated visuals are inspired by double-exposure, translating into a somewhat melancholic feeling, with abstract and sensual connotations. The video alternates between these images along with shots of the rapper amongst nature and on a rooftop overlooking Amman, posing an interesting contrast.

Produced by Ramallah-based musician and producer, Al Nather, the single follows The Synaptik’s release of ‘Jowa Beiti’ just last month, which featured Palestinian singer, Maysa Daw, and racked-up over 700K views on YouTube.
