As Managing Director of Spotify MENA & South Asia, Claudius Boller has been pivotal in positioning the platform regionally, with a keen focus on helping MENA artists reach a global audience.
In our sit-down with Claudius he sheds light on the regional listening behaviours and how the US, Germany, and France, among others, are some of the main markets where MENA music is most streamed. With 16 years experience working in the region, Boller also gives insight into the Saudi Arabian music scene, and how it has come to be defined by cross-genre diversity and creativity.
