Through this program, 10 mentees who are originally from or based in the MENA region will be paired with experienced mentors to receive guidance, actionable insights, and support in developing their careers and/or artistry.

Whether you’re a rising artist, DJ, producer, or music professional looking for mentorship, or an established industry leader ready to share your knowledge and inspire the next generation, we invite you to apply. Selected participants will be matched in one-on-one mentor-mentee pairs for six months of collaborative learning, growth, and networking.

The program includes monthly one-on-one check-in calls with your mentor, a group WhatsApp chat to connect with fellow mentees, and three group sessions led by Little Pink Book founder Roberta Hickey, designed to provide guidance, inspiration, and career insights.

Applications are open for both mentors and mentees and close on 31st December 2025, with the program kicking off on 1st February 2026.
