Sahra, a newly-launched Arab-led collective on a mission to bring a taste of Arab electronic music to the New York’s nightlife scene, is set to debut its house party series in Brooklyn on May 11th.
Bringing an eclectic fusion of Arab and Western house music, the collective’s debut party will feature a lineup of international and regional DJs, including Lebanon’s boy Makadsi, NYC-based house producer and disc jokey DJibouti, and renowned DJ/record producer and songwriter Arman Van Helden.
Based in New York, the newly-launched collective aims to serve as a cultural bridge between the regional and global nightlife scene, dedicated to spotlighting Arab talents, and building a little oasis of the MENA’s sonic landscape in the heart of New York.
The party will take place in 99 Scott venue in BK, Brooklyn. You can book your tickets through the link in Sahra Collective’s Instagram bio.
